Originally from Iowa, Anthony Chilton has lived and worked across the Midwest. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing, along with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Currently, he’s pursuing a PhD in Performance Psychology with a focus on qualitative research.

A lifelong learner, Anthony’s passion lies in sports and competition. He’s had the privilege of working with and learning from the best, including Olympic champions like Kyle Snyder and David Taylor, as well as multiple NCAA champions such as Bo Nickal, Jason Nolf, Zain Retheford, and Gabe Dean. These experiences, combined with his academic background, equip him with a wealth of knowledge to teach others how to develop a champion mindset.
